Dry-stacking Terra Blocks has taken a quantum leap in Technology by using our Proprietary “Polymer Fusion” method to literally glue the blocks together.
Reasons:
1. No need to use complicated interlocking blocks
2. Easy, quick application between blocks.
3. No mortar needed
4. Inexpensive polymers available worldwide mixed to our specs
5. Increases wind loads from 210 mph to an estimated 300 mph Plus
This takes dry-stacking to the next level –
• Polymer - Large molecule chemical compound
• Fusion - Melting parts together
• Monolithic - A massive, solid uniform structure
Test results of using new Polymer Fusion Technology™:
• Dry-Stacked without bonding: Shear force to separate blocks = 25 lbs
• Dry-Stacked with Polymer Fusion bonding between blocks = 2300 lbs!
