Michael Gross has spent the last 29 years assisting in the development and sales of the Terra Block System. He has worked extensively throughout the world, negotiating numerous large purchases of Terra Block products. He has supervised projects in the Congo, Africa, Nigeria, Holland, Germany, France, England, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Guatemala, El Salvador, and South America, as well as many parts of the United States, building with, or surveying proposed Terra Block projects. He is intimately aware of the technological aspects of earth construction and housing construction in general. He is highly experienced in the management of the current operations and is responsible for all field operation activities.

Mr. Gross is a creative inventor in his own right. He has many inventions to his credit, which have produced several million dollars in revenue. He has brought his innovative and dynamic thinking to bear on the challenges and hurdles that have faced Terra Block. He studied Chemistry at Snead College in Alabama. He has been a member of the Orange County Sheriff's Office Orlando, Florida for 14 yrs.. 

Joseph Gaitan - Director of International Sales

Mr. Gaitan is a consultant with 30 years of experience as a financier, investor, entrepreneur and sales advisor. He has extensive knowledge in Real Estate Sales, Construction and Development. Mr. Gaitan is managing director of The PFI Group, a private group of individual investors that participate in companies having an above average expected return on investment.

Mr. Gaitan's in-house associates consist of Investors, Engineers, Architects and Project Managers. Mr. Gaitan is instrumental in arranging private equity capital and long term financing for projects that have merit. Mr. Gaitan is a native Texan, is fluent in Spanish and has been with Terra Block since 1999.
 

Craig Kaufman - Executive Consultant 

Mr. Kaufman is a hands-on entrepreneurial leader and value adder with innovative strategies. He has nearly two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, financier, investor, deal facilitator, marketer, advisor and board member to both private and public companies Mr. Kaufman has a record of bringing organizational focus to the bottom line, and has demonstrated success in launching new product/market development, operations, cost reduction initiatives, and growth strategies. Mr. Kaufman has served on the board and advisory board of several companies, has founded a number of companies and has authored and been the subject of numerous articles that have appeared locally and internationally. Craig has a proven track record in achieving marketing, sales and financial objectives in both consumer and  middle market companies. His greatest strength is seeing "outside the box" and to initiate and seize opportunities that lead to growing revenues and generating recurring profitability

Robert Wayne Gross, Jr. - Consultant

Wayne supervised the Tecstor Project in Guatemala for hazardous waste storage units and the Terra Block System for low-income housing. His logistic efforts in El Salvador helped to establish new project locations for low-income housing. In Canada, Wayne was responsible for overseeing machine demonstrations in Red Deer, Alberta, and Calgary, to pave the way for affordable housing utilizing the Terra Block System.
